Bryan Clay holds 2 Olympic medals in the decathlon event. He now hopes to become the only person in Olympic history to win 3 medals when he competes in the London 2012 Games!
Bryan Clay holds 2 Olympic decathlon medals- winning a Silver medal in 2004 and Gold in 2008. Among the very few decathletes in the world to hold 2 medals, he has set his eyes on a third. London 2012 puts Bryan within reach of setting Olympic history by becoming the only decathlete to win 3 Olympic medals.
In 2005 Bryan started the Bryan Clay Foundation to help “build champions, and change lives” and now he's excited to be working with The Century Council's Ask, Listen, Learn program to encourage kids to say “YES” to a healthy lifestyle and “NO” to underage drinking. His Foundation works to open a door for youth to build their self-confidence and then equips them with the practical tools necessary, like living a healthy lifestyle, to maximize their potential.
When Bryan isn't training hard or working with his foundation, he loves to spend time playing with his 3 kids at home with his wife and their black lab, Duke.
