Superstars set great examples by staying healthy and active, excelling in academics, and/or helping out in their community. Superstars say "yes" to a healthy lifestyle and "no" to underage drinking.

Some Superstars, like Apolo Anton Ohno, are famous, but it is a good bet that you know one! Believe it or not, your parents are probably Superstars!
