Thank you, Jensen Scholastic Academy!
November 28, 2011Today, the Ask, Listen, Learn team was in Chicago, Illinois presenting our program to 6th, 7th, and 8th graders at Jensen Scholastic Academy.
Superstar Tyson Gay and Congressman Danny Davis were there to speak to the students about staying active in middle school.
Said Congressman Davis, "You are the most important people in the world. If you keep your bodies healthy, you'll reach your goals."
We hope all of the students had a fun time playing our Xavix game and winning prizes like sunglasses, bags, and Ask, Listen, Learn t-shirts. We know you'll all remember to say “YES” to a healthy lifestyle, and “NO” to underage drinking!

November 21, 2011Thanksgiving revolves around food. And lots of it.
Still, it's important to remember that for some of us, this is precious time to spend with our family and close friends. Maybe you travel, or have friends and relatives in town, or maybe you have kids back from college for the week. Why not take a break from piles of stuffing and pumpkin pie and get out of the house for some quality family time and exercise?
